CubiTrack is a driver tracking and fleet management application designed for organizations to monitor active trips, ensure driver safety, track attendance, and manage fleet operations. We are committed to transparency and protecting your privacy.
By downloading, installing, or using CubiTrack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy.

We retain your data for the minimum period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

After the retention period expires, data is permanently deleted through automated cleanup processes.

We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
When a trip is active, CubiTrack runs a foreground service with a persistent notification that clearly indicates that location tracking is active, the current trip status, and an option to view or end the trip.
CubiTrack requests background location permission solely to maintain trip tracking when the app is minimized or the screen is locked during an active trip. This ensures no GPS gaps when a driver receives a phone call, continuous tracking when the screen auto-locks, and reliable trip data even when the app is not in the foreground.

If any of your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that we correct it. Organization administrators can update driver profiles directly.
You may request deletion of your personal data. Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete your account data within 30 days. Trip summaries and operational data may be retained in anonymized form. Data required for legal compliance may be retained as mandated by law.
You may request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
You may object to the processing of your personal data. Please note that objecting to essential data processing (such as location during trips) may prevent you from using the App.

CubiTrack may be used by schools, colleges, and transport operators to support student transportation. In that mode, CubiTrack stores only limited rider references needed for transport safety, such as an external student/rider ID, optional display name or alias, assigned route/stop, pickup/drop status, ETA, and trip safety status.
Full student profiles, class records, guardian accounts, and consent records remain the responsibility of the school, college, or external portal that integrates with CubiTrack. Parent or guardian views are provided through short-lived, scoped tracking sessions that expose only the relevant rider's trip status and limited route context, not unrestricted fleet data.
Organizations using CubiTrack for school transport are responsible for obtaining all required guardian consent and for ensuring that only authorized parents/guardians can access parent-facing tracking information.
CubiTrack may integrate with the following third-party services:
